We pride ourselves on providing in-depth residential inspection services for our clients. Our inspections include the exterior, interior, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

Included in your monthly service fee:

• Visual inspection of siding and roof conditions
• Ensure security system is functioning
• Check toilets and sinks to confirm there are no leaks or drips
• Check refrigerators and freezers for functioning and leaks
• Check all lights and switches
• Confirm heating and cooling systems are functioning properly;

change filters as needed

• Confirm all windows and doors are locked and sealed
• Check for storm damage, pests, vandalism, and forced entry
• Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector battery replacement
• Thermostat battery replacement
• Pest Control
• Coordinate and oversee home services including: emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, refurbishment and/or redecoration
• Snow Removal
• Collecting and forwarding mail
• Remove newspapers and flyers
• Routine yard clean-up and maintenance
• Response to alarm activations

Additional services:

• Extreme storm damage checks; $50 - $75 based on location and scope of visit
• Window Cleaning; $10 per window up to 3' x 6'
• Vacant house cleaning; $50 per hour
• Pet Sitting: including dogs, cats, birds, chickens, reptiles, horses and other farm animals; $20 - $50 per day depending on location and scope of care needed

All of our services are billed on a one-time or monthly basis, with no long term contracts. Costs of services performed by other vendors/contractors are the responsibility of the property owner.
